Food Science & Technology Abstracts (FST) is an extensive collection of abstracts prepared from the world’s food science, food technology and food-related human nutrition literature. Specialist scientists extract the food-relevant information from the original literature including: scientific journals, patents, books, conference proceedings, reports, theses, standards, and legislation to create concise yet comprehensive summaries. FSTA contains over 600,000 bibliographic records from 1969 to date. FSTA is updated weekly.
FSTA will be available to CSU students and staff in January 2007.
Remember: FRILLS (the Library’s free Interlibrary loans service for researchers and higher degree students) can be used to obtain the full text of abstracts located in FSTA and any other Library database.
