The 2006 Library Client Satisfaction Survey results are now available on the Libary website.
Every two years University Libraries across Australia and New Zealand survey their students and staff. This is an opportunity for students and staff to rate the Library’s services and resources, and to make suggestions for improvements. These surveys are administered by an independent agency. CSU Library patrons were surveyed in late August 2006.
The CSU Library team received the final results, extensive analysis of the data and over 170 pages of comments and suggestions late last year. The Library team has been very, very busy over the last few months combing through the results and developing strategies to address many of your concerns and suggestions.
These results (summary and full) are now available on the Library web site. Click here to view. A table on this page summarises the key issues raised by Library patrons and details what the Library team has done and will do to address these issues.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the survey.
