Have you considered joining your State Library?

Membership of State Libraries is free for residents of that state or territory, and offers a great range of services.

AskNow is a virtual reference service staffed by librarians in Australia and New Zealand. It aims to provide high quality information to users, with the convenience of immediate, online communication, allowing librarians and users to interact in real time. It is available Monday to Friday, 9am – 7 pm AEST.

Several of the libraries subscribe to databases that compliment the collection held by CSU.
The State Library of Victoria has JSTOR Arts and Sciences, and the State Library of New South Wales subscribes to Proquest 5000.

Victoria, Northern Territory and Queensland are also part of Google Scholar’s Library Links program, so you can search their holdings and CSU’s at the same time.

Have a look, and find out what is available for you.
