Information Services for Ontario Students & Staff

Need help finding resources for an essay or research project? Not sure how to find journal articles? Having problems using the Library catalogue? Want to include statistics in an assignment but don’t know how to find them? Where do you go to get the help you need?

The Library’s Ask a Question online help desk is the answer.
It’s easy. Just fill in the online form with all the details for your question and click on submit. You will be sent an email confirmation with a unique number. Keep this. You can use the number to follow the progress of your question. One of the Library team (pictured) will answer your question and send you the information and advice you need.

  1. Yes, absolutely. At the moment we are heavily promoting our services to a large number of Ontario students that have just joined CSU.

But our “Ask a Question” Information Service is available for all of our staff and students, where ever you are located in the world.

We look forward to hearing from you.

  2. Questions are answered within 24 hours, during the working week. Most of these are actually answered within hours, but we say 24 hours in case of a heavy workload. Questions submitted on a weekend are answered Monday morning. It is a fast and efficient service.
