The Thurgoona Learning Commons is coming along well, and today yourlibrary@CSU reveals what has really been going on behind closed doors, which may cause shock and/or awe.
We start with the front view of the Library. It looks rather nice if I do say so myself.
However, inside we see the Yellow Shirt Warriors trying to figure out which books go where. The burning question readers is this: do these men know the finer details of the Dewey-Decimal system?
And what have we here? It appears that a couple of Yellow Shirts are sneaking behind the shelves for a box fight.
Angry at himself for losing the box-fight, this Yellow Shirt storms out of the building, vowing to ‘Never read a book again!’
Realizing the error of his ways, the defeated Yellow Shirt comes back and helps reconstruct the shelving which was torn down in the madness of the box-fight.
And here is the end result. Books stacked neatly, with the afternoon sun shining through, filling all the corners of the Library.
Note to readers: the events described above, and depicted in the images provided may have been fabricated for entertainment purposes. yourlibrary@CSU would like to inform you that no books were harmed in the making of this blog, and the Yellow Shirts are highly trained and skilled removalists (although their knowledge of the Dewey Decimal system is still yet to be determined).
