I find it confusing to get a letter advising me that the book I am after is on the Hold shelf and I can pick it up at Albury and I cannot. I was so advised re two books on 9 Sept, which were apparently then dispatched from Wagga. You need to alter the alert memo to say that, or better still ONLY advise me when they are on the hold shelf in my library.
