Primo Search: AI Research Assistant
The Primo AI Research Assistant is now live! This generative AI tool helps you get started with your academic research by answering natural language questions. Just type your question in plain English (or another language), and the assistant will provide a concise, referenced summary based on the top five most relevant scholarly sources – complete with inline citations and direct links when full text is available.
How to access:
- Log in to Primo Search and select Research Assistant from the main menu
- Or find it on the right side of your screen after running a standard search
Tips:
- Ask one clear, academic-style question at a time
- More specific queries = more useful summaries
