As you are aware, we are in the process of upgrading Primo Search, to make an even better search tool for you.
Today, you can access online resources such as journal databases and eBooks. However, the My Library Record feature, where you renew items on loan, make requests for books and photocopies of book chapters, this feature is not currently available.
Today, we can take your hold requests for books and photocopies over the phone 1800 808 369, via Live Chat or you can submit an online web form. Contact us also if you need to renew any items on loan.
Library staff will place a request on your behalf as soon as the system is available And, as soon as we let you know all systems are functioning, you can check your request via My Library Record.
