Hi there, if you need to renew your loans please contact the Library on 1800 808 369. We are still working on updating links to the new Primo Search interface, once they have been updated you will be able to access My Library Record to renew your loans.
This is quite disruptive for those attempting studies over Session 3. I would have reconsidered my enrollment had I been aware of this. Distance student don't need any more challenges, especially given postal service timeframes……
Hi Craig, our apologies for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately the date for the changeover and the resulting downtime were beyond our control. In an effort to best assist all of our Online students we made sure to have additional staff on our phone and chat services, and a temporary request form available to make requests.
