With eBooks being cheaper than their print counterparts, eReader and tablet sales are booming. Fiction is the most popular genre of eBook being published, and women over 45 are the top consumers. Even the publishers are happy that they are still needed but don’t have to take the same risks in terms of paying advances and printing.
