Yes, that does mean if you have 50 cents outstanding, it has to be paid before you can graduate/receive your results!
To find out if you have any library fines after you have returned all your loans, check your library record and click on the Fines and fees tab to see if anything is outstanding. You can also check outstanding fines, fees and accounts through the finance tab on the student portal.
To pay any outstanding amounts, pay on campus at any cashier, or pay online through the student portal before your graduation day/results release date.
