Windows 10 at CSU

The Division of Information Technology (DIT)  is excited to announce the delivery of Windows 10 at CSU!

In order to enable access to Windows 10 on as many devices as possible in a swift timeframe, Windows 10 will be made available in a phased approach over the next four months. In addition to installation on learning commons computers; computing labs and teaching rooms will soon follow from June 20.

Windows 10 offers new features, such as:

Edge Web Browser

  • Allows you to take notes, write and highlight directly on the webpage, then save and share it.
  • Has a Reading List in addition to the standard browser favourites which allows you to save content for reading later!
  • The new Hub is a place where Edge keeps things you collect on the web, favourites, reading list, browsing history and downloads

Cortana

  • A new way to search in Windows 10, Cortana will help you find things on your PC, manage you calendar, find files and chat with you. The more you use Cortana, the more personalised your experience will be!
