The Great Book Swap, coming to a campus near you!

This week CSU is holding Great Book Swap events at its Bathurst, Wagga Wagga and Albury campus libraries. The Great Book Swap, held on Indigenous Literacy Day (Wednesday 6th September), is a fantastic way to celebrate reading locally, and raise much-needed funds for remote communities. The idea is to swap a favourite book in exchange for another, or for a gold coin donation, and at the same time trying out some tasty treats that have been baked by your Library staff. It is a great day for the nation to celebrate Indigenous cultures, stories, language and literacy, and also help raise funds to close the literacy gap and improve the lives and opportunities of Indigenous children.

So come on in to your Learning Commons this Wednesday from 10.30am and have morning tea with your friendly Librarians, whilst also finding a great read to take home – all for a gold coin donation! If you are an Online student, please check out the Indigenous Literacy Foundation website to find a Great Book Swap event in your area.
