It certainly seems that we love a treat, a book and good cause here at Charles Sturt; because at last count we have raised over $1,800! All funds go directly to the ILF to support the fabulous work they do providing books and learning resources to First Nations children in remote Communities.
Through their Community Publishing program, the ILF have published over 100 stories in 31 Indigenous languages. These beautiful books are available to purchase directly from the ILF and include such titles as:
Moli det bigibigi
Written in Kriol and English. You can purchase this book from the ILF or find it in the Library!
Wamparla Apira
Written in Arabana and English. You can purchase this book from the ILF!
No Way Yirrikipayi!
