Have you noticed Interlibrary loans (ILLs) are looking a bit different? We’re improving the look and feel of your Interlibrary loan service. From today, ILLs will be known as Resource Sharing, and all requests will be made using a new form.
Simply click on the new “ILL Request (Resource Sharing)” tab in Primo Search (previously the “ILL Request” tab) to make a request.
You’ll also now be able to view your requests through My Library Record in Primo, making it easier to check on the status of your request. You’ll be able to track the process, and monitor whether your item has been sent or has arrived!
