Did you know our Librarians offer training sessions for Researchers and Higher Degree Research students each month? We have several sessions coming up over the coming months. The focus for February and March is as follows:

February:

Using CRO and ORCiD profiles to publish and communicate your research

Come along and learn how to add publications to CRO, how to add to your profile and linking your CRO and ORCiD profiles.

Authorship and Copyright for a Thesis and other publications.

Are you planning to include journal articles that you have written during your candidature, in your thesis? Are you planning to publish further works from your thesis?  This information session will support you to apply the appropriate copyright, Intellectual Property, Open Access and Creative Commons guidelines to your research outputs.

Getting started with EndNote

Are you starting your literature review, and want to organise your references? This session will cover setting up your EndNote Library, using EndNote with Word and other tips and tricks. Mac users note – although the session will be run on a Windows computer, you are welcome to come along

Literature Review Using EndNote and Nvivo

With your new skills with Nvivo, you can now learn how to use EndNote and Nvivo to manage and write your literature review.  You can import EndNote data into Nvivo and you can cite details from you Nvivo analysis.
